Fencing is an Olympic sport with a long history as a martial art evolving from competitive swordsmanship to what it is today. However this dose not mean we are behind the times, as modern fencing is a fast paced and cutting edge sport. This session is perfect for people curious about trying fencing and who are looking to stay active in an exciting way. This session is designed to make it as easy to get stuck in so all equipment is provided. All you need: -Water bottle  -Long legged sports trousers e.g. joggers  -Suitable indoor trainers The session structure we will be using starts with a quick warm up and straight into learning the basic moves. Once this is done the rest of the session you will be able to fence one another at your own pace.
